It truly is a sad day. Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly was found “clinging to life” in the bedroom of his home by a pizza delivery man who became concerned when O’Reilly didn’t answer the door.

The pizza guy, a Dominos worker named Darquis Blackman, says he knocked on the door three times before he finally turned the knob to yell inside — a common practice Dominos had permission to do. But “something seemed wrong,” he told the Manhasset, NY newspaper The Chronicle.

Blackman says he heard “gasping and rasping” and “went inside to investigate.” But he wasn’t prepared for what he found. According to the pizza man, O’Reilly “had fallen off a chair and had a belt tied around his neck.”

“His pants were down around his ankles,” Blackman says. “I’m not sure what I saw, but it seemed to be some David Carradine stuff.” Blackman was referencing the famous actor, who died of autoerotic asphyxiation. Asked if he saw anyone else inside, Blackman responded that he did not.

O’Reilly was rushed to the hospital, but passed away peacefully in his room.

O’Reilly, who was 67 when he passed away, has been a passionate advocate for President Trump and was fired from Fox News after liberals started a campaign encouraging his advertisers to drop O’Reilly’s show because he told the truth.

Bill O’Reilly will always be remembered as someone who never allowed adversity to stop him from getting honest answers from people. God bless you Bill. You will forever be loved.
